On-The-Job Training and Employee Commitment in Selected Money Deposit Banks in Port Harcourt, Nigeria

The study examined the relationship between on job training and employee commitment. survey was based five selected money deposit banks in Port Harcourt with a sample size of 210 bank staff from 460 staff. Questionnaires were administered to Data collected. Two hypotheses formulated tested. Pearson Correlation Coefficient used test strength direction variables. Findings revealed that there is significant on-the-job Thus, it recommended should employ continuous programs, as this capable enhancing commitment employees organization terms compliance rules regulations adherence organizational ethics.
